1. 🛍️Business Model

KrayaCart operates as a dropshipping platform. Products listed on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to customers. We do not hold inventory or manufacture goods.

2. 📦 Orders and Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery timelines range from 7–21 days depending on supplier location and courier availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. 💳 Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • KrayaCart reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. 🔁 Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with video at the time of unpacking as an evidence.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. 🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

6. 🛡️ Warranty and Liability

  • KrayaCart does not offer warranties unless provided by the supplier.
  • We are not liable for product misuse, allergic reactions, or indirect damages.

7. 📜 Legal Compliance

  • We comply with Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, GST regulations, and IT Act.
  • Products listed do not include banned or restricted items under Indian law.
